Defective or Incorrect items

In case of a damaged product, incorrect product, or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Please get in touch with our team at gunownersmatter@gmail.com be sure to include the order number and provide a clear photo showing the defect.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way with original tags and/or packaging.

Returns Refunds Items

Please note that orders Cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once you have checked out.

We reserved the right to refuse a return and refund if items have an indication of being worn, damaged, stains, cigarette or any fragrances, pet or animal odor or hair, altered, misused, or not in original packaging/tags.

Refunds must be within 30 days of the order date.

If the returns do not meet these requirements we will not be able to accept your return or refund.

Note; that we are NOT responsible for orders that shipping information was incorrectly entered or packages that were refused by the recipient.
